Donaldson Company?s facilities in Aguascalientes, Mexico; Cresco, Iowa; and Greeneville, Tennessee, have received the 2013 Master of Quality Award from Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA).

Helac?s customer service centre

Helac Corporation, a manufacturer of construction equipment attachments, opened its new eastern region manufacturing and customer service centre located in Greeneville, USA. The new facility is centrally located in the eastern half of the US and will allow Helac to respond quickly to customers needs and reduce both manufacturing lead time and transit time to the customers, according to the manufacturer.
